This Shipping Policy explains how Gutter Profiles Co (a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd) delivers orders placed on our website.
Delivery area
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
Delivery cost
Delivery costs £9.99 (including VAT) per order for our Express delivery service to UK mainland addresses. This is a flat rate, whatever the size or value of your order. The delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay, and in your order confirmation. There are no hidden delivery charges.

Delivery times
- Order cut-off: 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday
- Order processing / handling time: 1 to 2 working days
- Transit time: 2 to 4 working days
- Total estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 working days from the date your order is placed
Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends or on UK bank holidays, are processed from the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or events outside our control.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. When your order has been dispatched, we will email you with tracking details where available.
Late deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 6 working days, please check your tracking information and then contact us at sales@gutterprofilesco.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Please check your delivery on arrival. If any item is damaged in transit, missing, or not what you ordered, please email sales@gutterprofilesco.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can raise a claim with the courier. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including the delivery charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
