Ordering and products
What do you sell?
We sell aluminium roofline, part by part: gutters, downpipes, hopper heads, fascia and soffit boards, wall copings, and the fixings and sealants to fit them. There are 144 products across the range, in powder-coated marine-grade aluminium. Every part has its own page with sizes, finishes and the price including VAT.
Which gutter profile do I need?
We stock four profiles: Half Round (125 mm), Deepflow (130 mm), Moulded Ogee (125 × 100 mm) and Box (135 × 100 mm). If you are replacing an existing gutter, matching the current profile is usually the simplest choice. If you are not sure, email a photo and a measurement to sales@gutterprofilesco.co.uk or send it on WhatsApp, and we will tell you which parts fit.
Can I see a part list for a whole run?
Yes. Our parts list builder turns a run length, number of corners and downpipes into a full list of parts, in your chosen finish. You can also email us the details of the job and we will send a parts list back.
What finishes are available?
Most parts come in all eleven finishes — Textured Black plus ten RAL colours — so a whole job can match. A screen only approximates a powder coat, so if colour matters we recommend ordering a sample first.
Can I order a sample before buying?
Yes. We sell colour plates and short sections of the actual profiles so you can check a finish in daylight before you order the full run. Samples are listed in the Samples section of the shop.
Prices and payment
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. A VAT invoice is available on request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout, including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
When am I charged?
Your payment is taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with a full breakdown of what you paid.
Delivery
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is a flat £9.99 (including VAT) per order, whatever the size or value of your order. The total estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 working days from the date you order — typically 1 to 2 working days to process and dispatch, then 2 to 4 working days in transit.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, BFPO addresses, or outside the United Kingdom. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Is there an order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are processed from that working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends or on UK bank holidays, are processed from the next working day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email when you order, and a dispatch email with tracking details where available once your order is on its way.
My order arrived damaged or incomplete — what do I do?
Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, email sales@gutterprofilesco.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including the delivery charge.
Returns and cancellations
What is your returns policy?
You can return any item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. There is no restocking fee. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage; for faulty, damaged or incorrect items we cover it. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full, including delivery. If it has already arrived, you can return it under the 14-day cancellation right. See our Order Cancellation Policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

How do I get in touch?
You can call us on +44 1282 270214, email sales@gutterprofilesco.co.uk, or send a photo on WhatsApp — a photo of the gutter, bracket or outlet is enough when you are not sure of a part's name. We are open Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (UK time), excluding UK bank holidays, and we reply to messages by email.
